Is the mobile app available now?

The iOS and Android apps are in preparation and will be released soon. Laboratories and doctors can already request onboarding via the
Services page.

Is the medical assistant a doctor?

No. The assistant provides general medical information only and does not replace professional diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical advice.

How are lab results delivered?

Labs upload a PDF per patient through a secure panel. Patients receive an email and a push notification, and can view the PDF in the app upon release.

What is the Unique Patient Identifier (UPI)?

An optional identifier a patient can use to be found more efficiently by a laboratory. Its use is opt-in and governed by access controls.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Patients and doctors can deactivate or permanently delete their accounts at any time from account settings.

What about pricing?

Patients have free basic access. Laboratory and doctor subscriptions start from the prices shown on our
Services & Pricing page.

When will test requests be available?

Very soon. Patients will be able to request a medical test from a laboratory and receive an approved appointment to reduce queues.

All communications use HTTPS; access to documents and identifiers is permissioned and logged. See our
